Ladies! We are running again on Wednesday night this week - please meet at the front of the Parkgate Community Center at 6pm - for a loop up on Seymour Mtn. Parkgate is located just off Seymour Parkway, found HERE.
Climbing is gauranteed on this run...at least at the start, but the way back is downhill....so come on out!
