Trail Runs - next 2 weeks - Cancelled

Sorry ladies, I will be hiking the Stein Valley... then off to the Okanagan on my summer trip over the next 2 Thursdays - so no formal trail run on Thursday July 23 OR 30th, feel free to meet and run on your own as a group.
