Due to the small number of runners showing up for Tuesday nights this summer - the ALC weekly trail run night is changed to Thursdays, starting July 15th. Unfortunately, it is the same night as the ALC mountain bike ride, so apologies for any conflict.
Please email cjo_sa(at)hotmail.com if you prefer another night to run. As of July 15 - it is Thursdays.
July 15 run - 6pm start at base of Grouse Mountain - we will head across BP trail to Mosquito Creek and loop back on Skyline. See you there! Charlotte
