ALC Trail Run - Week of May 17

Ladies - change up this week, trail run will be Monday evening - 6pm start at Capilano Dam parking lot, 1hr loop. This is found off Capilano Rd on the way up to Grouse Mountain (top parking lot, NOT fish hatchery).
