ALC weekly Trail Run - Day Change - May 2010

Hi Ladies - due to a conflict with a course I am taking...weekly 2010 ALC trail runs will not start until Tuesday, May 11th - 6pm.  And will continue on Tuesday's throughout the month of May, apologies for any confusion.  For our first run we will meet at the gazebo in the LSCR, Demo Forest.  Please email Charlotte at cjo_sa{at}hotmail.com with any running questions.  Thanks!
