ALC Trail Run - Tuesday, May 25

Ladies - this week we will start our run at the End of the Line corner store, located at the top of Lynn Valley Rd., just before you enter the Headwaters Park.  6pm start - route & pace will be casual to accommodate the racers tapering for the upcoming Iron/Tender Knee!  See you then.  Charlotte
