ALC Run - Thursday, September 24 - 6:15pm

Ladies - I plan to mix it up this week if people are interested. Due to a work commitment I will be downtown this Thursday, I plan to run a full loop of the Stanley Park Seawall - starting at 6:15pm from the Vancouver Rowing Club found here.
